Video Conferencing

Equipment Needed 

Courts or placement facilities that have a video conference system (Cisco/Tandberg, Lifesize, or Polycom) should not need any additional equipment.  These video systems are interoperable.  Therefore, they should be able to connect to the Lifesize video system at the OCA office.

Courts or placement facilities that do not have a video conference system will need a laptop or desktop computer, an iPad or android tablet, a web camera (internal or externally connected) and an Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth/speed to support a video conference link.

The OCA will provide user accounts and passwords to entities (courts, facilities, CASA offices), not to individuals.  Video client software will be provided for download and installation on the user’s computers or mobile devices.
